One less piece of fruit in my pocket
Monday, February 19th, 2007Should that be one fewer? I’m not sure. Whatever the case, I’ve stopped using the BlackBerry 7100g that I had been testing. I have moved on to a Nokia 6820, which fulfills pretty much all of my requirements for a phone – candy bar/monoblock style (even though this one has a fold out keyboard, it doesn’t get in the way), Bluetooth and a usable interface. The keyboard’s kind of cool and I’ll probably use it more in time. I don’t really need the full MP3/AAC ringtones that the Nokia 6230 (the phone I’d been bugging my Dad to offload in my direction) offers and the SD storage probably wouldn’t be all that useful after all. If I want that kind of thing, I already carry around a PSP and iPod (although that one spends most of its time attached to my car stereo).
