Was responsible for redesigning the gate backdrop and baggage belt layouts to enhance usability. Assisted with the redesign of Arrivals/Departures layouts, particularly in reducing the number of layouts needed by improving modularity.

Responsibilities:
Keeping the servers of this small web hosting company up and running 24/7. Installing new software, performing upgrades and security patches. Scripting solutions to make maintenance of the web hosting business easier. Provide second level technical support to web hosting customers. Working with Red Hat Linux, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Plesk PSA and Cobalt. Customizing pre-existing packages such as phpShop and custom scripting solutions using PHP and MySQL. Complete rewrite of main website to take advantage of latest technologies and coding practices. Assisting in migration from Cobalt to Red Hat Linux/Plesk and from Red Hat Linux to Red Hat Enterprise Linux.

Responsibilities:
Was the sole member of datacenter staff in San Jose. Responsible for keeping a network of over 200 Linux, FreeBSD and Solaris servers, 4 Network Appliance filers, Digi console servers, BigIPs, Cacheflows and other associated network components up and running 24/7. Worked alone and coordinated with offices in New York and Utah to perform maintenance and upgrades.
